Vinyasa Flow: This style is called “flow” because of the way all the poses run together. In this practice you will learn to link your breath with the movement to turn your yoga practice into a moving meditation. It also increases strength, flexibility, manages stress, and increases overall wellness.
Yin Yoga: This style of yoga is slow paced with poses that are held for longer periods of time. Usually working up to 3-5 minutes per pose. The practice of yin requires students to be ready to get intimate with the self, with feelings, sensations, and emotions which can be very easy to avoid in fast paced yoga.
Trauma Sensitive Yoga: This type of yoga is designed for the sensitive student. Perfect for those who are looking for a complimentary therapy when working through anxiety, PTSD, body image issues, gender issues, addiction, or any other personal trauma with a qualified professional psychotherapist. The student will learn to sit with themselves, learn to correct their breathing patterns, get friendly with their body, emotions, and sensations by moving through a sequence of personalized “shapes.” This grounds and calms the student and helps start to heal through developing a healthier connection with their body, mind, and spirit.
Kundalini Yoga: Kundalini is considered to be one of the most comprehensive of all the yoga traditions, as it combines many practices such as meditation, mantra, physical postures, and breathing techniques. It contains all 8 aspects (limbs) of yoga. Known as the yoga of awareness, it will give you the ultimate yogic experience!
